Thank you for choosing Jas & Co. Photography. By booking a session and paying a deposit, you agree to the terms outlined below.​

Booking & Payment
 

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on or before your session date.

• Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
   

Rescheduling & Cancellations
 

• Life happens! You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session may result in the loss of your deposit.

• If I need to reschedule (due to illness, weather, or emergency), we’ll find a new date that works. If not, I’ll refund your deposit.

Turnaround & Delivery
 

• Your final, edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2–3 weeks.

• The number of images delivered depends on your package. RAW files are not provided.

• Your gallery will be available for download for 30 days.
   

Style & Editing
 

• All photos are edited in my signature style. Please review my portfolio to understand what to expect.

• Minor retouching is included. Additional edits may be quoted separately if requested.
   

Copyright & Image Use
 

• Jas & Co. Photography retains copyright ownership of all images.

• Clients are granted personal use rights. You may share and print your images, but not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

• I may share select images for portfolio or social media use unless you request otherwise.

Privacy
 

• Your privacy matters. Any personal information you share—such as your name, contact details, or session notes—is used only to manage your booking, deliver your images, or keep in touch. Your information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, and you can opt out of marketing or updates at any time by contacting me directly.
